Group Respite

Group child respite care at The Sensory Zone offers structured sessions where a small group of children, typically with a ratio of 1 staff member to 3 children, participate in supervised activities for 2-5 hours. These sessions are designed to provide a supportive and engaging environment for children with neurodiversities, offering opportunities for sensory exploration, social interaction, and skill-building in a safe and nurturing setting. The activities are tailored to meet the unique needs of each child, promoting their well-being and enhancing their overall development. Group respite care not only provides a break for parents and caregivers but also fosters a sense of community and belonging for the children involved.
